TERMS AND CONDITIONS / SPECIFIC / CANCELLATION POLICY

Making a reservation constitutes the acceptance of these conditions including the cancellation policy:

1 – All SUNNY TRAVELS prices include VAT and local taxes.

2 – For all reservations, full payment is required, pre-payment under agreed conditions.

3 – No reservation fees or credit card fees.

4 – It is the client's responsibility to arrive on time at the agreed meeting point or at the entrance of your hotel when the service is provided, in the case of transfers (airport) a maximum of 1 hour of waiting.

5 – We reserve the right to refuse any person who appears to be under the influence of drugs, or alcohol.

6 – Travel details and contact information will be sent by email, after confirming your reservation at your request.

7 – Food or beverages are not allowed on board the vehicles, except for water.

8 – Children are considered passengers if they are under 7 years old or under 1.35 m, you must notify SUNNY TRAVELS so that the vehicle is equipped with the appropriate seats.

9 – For all trips, hygiene and safety standards will be complied with for passengers, employees, and vehicles in accordance with Portuguese law and the Clean&Safe Certification.

10 – Cancellation policy:

a) Up to 24 hours before the start of the service: full refund

b) Less than 24 hours before the start of the activity or in case of no-show: no refund.

c) The refund is made using the same payment method.

SUNNY TRAVELS may cancel the activity/service if weather conditions, extreme official measures, strikes, or other unpredictable external conditions make it impossible to carry out the contracted service or put it in danger.

Specific Conditions for Transfers

1 – There is no luggage supplement. Prices are final and there are no additional costs, provided the luggage fits in the reserved vehicle, which must be informed to SUNNY TRAVELS.

2 – The transfer/tour service is private and can only be used by you.

3 – The number of seats indicated on the site is the maximum number of passengers that can travel in the vehicle, not including the driver. Note that a child occupies as much space as an adult.
